Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Special Edition and limited edition items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@troybooks.co.uk with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
How to Request a Return

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
